We offer refunds for BuniAI under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from using the software as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Misrepresentation: If we have made material misrepresentations about the features and capabilities of our software, and the software does not perform as described, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or decide that you no longer need the software.
- Failure to Meet Non-Technical Expectations: If the software meets its technical specifications but does not meet your non-technical expectations, such as design preferences or personal preferences, refunds will not be provided.
