Enterprise

Customer service and sales on every channel, with your people in the loop.

WhatsApp, web chat, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, Slack and voice from one platform — with automation for the routine and your team’s inbox for the rest.

A water utility's leak-report flow on the Buni.ai canvas, answering on three channels. On WhatsApp, a customer reports a burst pipe, picks her estate from reply buttons and gets a ticket number. On a basic phone, she dials *384*88#, answers two USSD menus and gets another. On a phone call, she presses 1 to confirm, while Buni.ai's run log shows each spoken prompt as text.

The problem

Six channels shouldn’t mean six tools.

Each channel tends to arrive with its own tool, its own inbox and its own rules, and a customer’s history ends up split between them.

Buni.ai builds the flows for every channel on one canvas and brings the conversations your team handles into one inbox, with routing, queues and satisfaction surveys — and every change versioned, checked before it goes live, and recorded.

What teams build

Service and sales on one platform.

Customer support

Answers drawn from your help content, and a hand-off to an agent, with the history attached, when a person is needed.

Sales enquiries

Qualify enquiries with forms that check answers as they go, and route them to the right person.

Order and account lookups

Check orders, balances or bookings against your own systems through their APIs, mid-conversation.

Voice lines

Call flows, keypad menus and transfers to an agent, with callbacks and a softphone for your team.

Notifications

WhatsApp templates and SMS sent on a schedule, from a webhook, or when a record changes.

Satisfaction

A satisfaction survey when a chat is resolved, and every conversation’s history for review.

How a deployment works

From scope to a service your team runs.

  1. STEP 01

    Scope

We agree the service, channels, languages and the systems it must connect to.

  2. STEP 02

    Build and localise

We build the flows, connect your systems and deliver them in your languages.

  3. STEP 03

    Test and train

Your staff test every path in the simulators and learn to change flows themselves.

  4. STEP 04

    Launch and run

We go live through your aggregator or carrier and support the service for an agreed period.

Security and governance

Questions your security team will ask.

Who can change the service?
Organisation, project and data-store roles. Only owners and admins publish.
Is every change recorded?
Publishes, access and role changes, API tokens and AI changes go to an append-only audit log, as does every time our staff access your data.
Can a bad change be undone?
Yes. Draft and live versions are separate, every publish is validated, and you can roll back from version history.
Where is data processed?
On AWS in the United States (us-east-1). In-country hosting is not offered as standard — tell us early if your mandate requires it.

Tell us about the customers you need to serve.

We’ll reply with how Buni.ai would serve them and what it would take.
